The story of Carlson Systems begins in 1947, when Carl and Julia Carlson founded Carlson Stapler and Supply in the basement of their home. Over 60 years later, the company has grown into a corporation employing hundreds of people in states from Wisconsin to Arizona. Though the name has evolved through the years into the current Carlson Systems, the familiar “CSS” logo remains, symbolizing our strategy of providing service and support to our customers.

Carlson Systems is a wholesaler of construction, industrial and packaging products. But more than that, Carlson Systems provides service and parts on tools and machinery, regardless of where customers purchased their equipment. We also have an extensive dealer network numbering over 2000 throughout our territory.

By sharing resources with our corporate partner, Mid-Atlantic Fasteners, we are able to service customers in more than just our tradtional midwest and western territorial footprints.

When our customers purchase from Carlson Systems, they can expect quality, name-brand products backed by continued support after the sale. Our customers know they are receiving not only the best products for their applications, but also experienced and knowledgeable support personnel.

We loan professional quality pneumatic tools in return for a customers’ fastener purchases through our Loan Tool Program. In our loan tool program, there is no charge to the customer for the service repair or maintenance on these loan tools.

We offer industry-leading service, repair and maintenance, highlighted by our Up Time PM Equipment Preventative Maintenance program. We also offer installation, prep & testing of new equipment. And our trained service technicians can repair your tools and machinery.

The Carlson Systems Extranet gives customers 24-7 access to their invoices and purchase history, as well as service reports and the ability to place orders on their existing accounts.
